A Message from the President
and Executive Director
Leadership California invites you to become part of a powerful, growing network of more than 1,000 women leaders as diverse as our state. These women are from all sectors, geographic regions and professional backgrounds.
With this strong focus on diversity, Leadership California continues to grow and touch California’s communities and businesses. Through our programs, the women of Leadership California are prepared to make a commitment to changing the face of California.
These women leaders are all alumnae of the California Issues & Trends Program (CIT), a nationally recognized resource for women leaders, which is a learning forum for women to strengthen their knowledge of the challenges and opportunities facing California at the state, national and global level.
Leadership California started with a dream to inspire, inform and advance accomplished women leaders who will influence California’s future. The knowledge gained and the relationships established through the yearlong California Issues & Trends Program are part of the critical pathway women need to move from success to significance.
If you are considering an investment in developing your next steps as a leader, the 2011 California Issues & Trends Program should be at the top of your list of programs to consider.
We welcome you to submit your application for the Class of 2011.
